We are not interested in the transactional relationships, but want to establish long term trusted partnerships.
Your sales representative will work directly with your company through email or phone. They will give you instructions on the process and will communication until you are in receipt of your inventory. It is important that your receiving team verify carton count on the BOL ( bill of lading). Any shortages should be documented and communicated back to your sales representative. If a packing slip is available we will provide that document.
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and online payment platforms. Our team will work with you to set-up payment instructions.
The preferred method of shipping is collect, however we would be happy to provide a prepaid shipping quote in lieu of you coordinating pickup.
The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product. Your sales representative will be able to provide details on the product you are interested in.
